Selling your property on the island is not as easy as on the mainland, where, in all likelihood, your potential future buyer is located. They have to factor in the ferry costs as well as the extra time to and from the ports, this may put some people off. This is where we come in. Instead of spending valuable time and money coming across to the island, perspective buyers can, in the comfort of their own homes, virtually walk around yours, getting a feel of what could become their forever home. Then when they do come over to view, they’ll be so familiar with the layout that they’ll already feel like their coming home, helping you to achieve that sale quicker. How it works: Once you have made a booking, we will come to your property and photograph it throughout, making sure that it looks its best before doing so. When we have finished, usually around an hour, we will then head back to the office and edit the photographs. When we are happy that they look their best we will then transform them into a 360 degree walkthrough model, which will then be delivered to your estate agent for them to display on your listing page. You don’t have to do anything.
